Subscription terms
These terms describe the NOMOQR restaurant subscription and its 30-day promotional trial.
Trial and renewal
A valid payment method is collected through Stripe. The selected Basic or Pro plan costs ₱0 for 30 days, then renews automatically at the clearly displayed monthly or annual price unless canceled before the trial ends.
Plan access
Subscriptions apply to one restaurant workspace. Basic includes 15 tables and five staff members plus the owner. Pro includes unlimited tables and 20 staff members plus the owner. Limits and included reporting features are shown before checkout.
Cancellation and failed payments
Owner cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. After a canceled or unpaid entitlement ends, NOMOQR provides a seven-day grace period. After grace, existing data remains readable, while new orders and operational changes pause.
Acceptable use
Customers must use NOMOQR lawfully, protect staff credentials and table QR access, and avoid attempts to disrupt the service or access another restaurant’s data.
