NomoQR policy · Effective September 14, 2026

Privacy policy

NomoQR processes the minimum account, restaurant, ordering, and billing information needed to provide the service.

Information processed

  • Owner and staff account identity and contact information.
  • Restaurant configuration, menus, tables, orders, service requests, and reports.
  • Stripe customer, subscription, invoice, and payment status identifiers.

Payment security

Card information is collected and stored by Stripe. NOMOQR does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Use and retention

Information is used to operate the restaurant workspace, secure access, support billing, prevent abuse, and maintain required audit records. Retention and deletion requests remain subject to operational, security, and legal requirements.

Analytics

When enabled, NomoQR records a random browser identifier, session identifier, landing page path, referral domain, campaign tags in links, and key actions such as signup and guest table page views. We link pre-signup activity to your account if you sign up. We use this to understand acquisition and product usage. A guest page view is not proof of a physical QR scan. We do not collect precise location or card details in analytics events. Linked raw events are kept for up to 13 months; de-identified summaries may be kept longer. Turning off optional browser tracking does not stop operational records such as account creation, restaurant setup, orders, or payments.

Access

Restaurant data is separated by workspace membership. Platform administrators receive only the cross-restaurant access needed for account support, security, and billing administration.

These launch policies must be reviewed against the operating business’s final legal and tax details before live billing is enabled.
